Client is expected to be ready on time otherwise 20min family portrait session will not be guaranteed.
Venue details has to be well informed at the earliest to understand the lighting condition and drone restrictions.
Video will be provided in 1080HD, speak to us if you’re interested in 4k.
All photos will be provided after editing in jpg only.
Photos will be delivered in 7-10 days.
Highlight Video will be delivered in 4-5 Weeks.
Travel expenses will be charged extra.
PRICES AND PAYMENT: Your photo shoot session fee will be agreed upon at the time of booking. By paying your session fee, you guarantee that you will receive my current portrait rates. Client-rescheduled sessions are subject to the prices in effect at the time of rescheduling.
SOCIAL MEDIA: This clause applies to all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and blogs. Photographers must be cited when their work is published online. The client agrees under no circumstances to alter any photographs that are made public on the internet. The client agrees to accept responsibility for any family member or friend who posts our photographs online and agrees that they cannot be cropped (except for the forced cropping for Facebook’s Timeline), changed in color, or edited in any way.
COVID: If you are experiencing any of the known symptoms of Covid-19, or if you have been in contact with anyone who has recently experienced symptoms, or if you or any member of your household has been asked to self-isolate, then please inform me immediately so we can rearrange your shoot.
TIMES AND DURATION OF SESSIONS: Please make every effort to arrive on time for your session and notify me as soon as possible if you expect to be late. If you are less than fifteen minutes late, the length of your session may be reduced accordingly. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, your session may be canceled without a refund or re-shoot.
PROTECTION OF DATA: TheHappyFace ltd will keep Client names, contact information, and session information private and will not share it with any other company or organization. On request, a separate Privacy Policy is available
